ALS is set up with two segments checked and the Deny option selected. One user will commit a transaction and tblUserAcctCode will build 2.5 million rows to get ALS correct while everyone waits. The first user finishes processing their transaction and MIP clears the table and rebuilds it again for the next user. This leaves several MIP users waiting for all this to process.
