If a user has not been given full rights to Organization>Attachments in in security, they receive the following error when attempting to attach in the Modern User Interface. ’You do not have rights to View or Edit or Delete or Add on Manage Attachment Categories. Ask your system administrator to grant you the proper security rights’. The user can successfully attach items in the Classic Interface.
