Symptom

After converting employees Pay Rate from hourly to Salary and saving, subsequent timesheets display zero hours. When calculating a timesheet no dollars calculate unless hours are saved to the timesheet itself.
 
 

Cause

The issue has been confirmed as a product defect and has been reported to our Research and Development team.
 

Resolution

While a full resolution is unavailable currently, we offer the following workaround(s) in the meantime:

Go to the default timesheet and enter the appropriate number of hours in the Hours column and Save.
 

Additional Information


Trying to process the timesheet as is you will get an error due to no earnings being present
