Symptom
"An error occurred attempting to print the criteria 57 Error #5 - Procedure call or argument is not valid"
This is occurring for all older reports with format pdf and xls.
Cause
Found that on the run screen, print the criteria box is checked and this is problematic in hosting where there are no network printers.
Resolution
Unchecked the Print Criteria checkbox on an existing problematic report and there should be output and no error in the report.log.
