Have there been any changes required to the DEF file to import cleared items into bank rec in 13.4?

No. Existing DEF and CSV files will work. There is no methodology to add the Reconciliation ID to the import at this time. Items cleared through import will take on the reconciliation ID of the cleared date if one exists. Otherwise they will not have a reconciliation ID just like items cleared prior to 13.4.
