Our training resources for Abila products and services is called Abila University.
This site now uses the same credentials as our Knowledgebase, Community, Enterprise Wiki, and Support Portal.  
If you already have a user name and password for one or all of these tools, you may login to Abila University at http://abilauniversity.com 

If you need to request a login, you can contact support thru Abila Chat.

  • Enter your information on the chat form and select "Submit" to chat with our team.
  • This chat option is available M-F,  8am to 5pm CT excluding holidays.
  • The after hours form will direct your chat message to our team for the next business day.


From the main support page http://abila.com/support, you can click Chat. 

  • Please choose  'Abila University ' from the product radial buttons list.
  • Select an option from the radial buttons and click 'Submit' to enter the chat.
  • ​This chat option is available M-F, 8am to 5pm CT excluding holidays.
  • After hours use the Abila Chat  link and the form will be sent to our team for the next business day.
