How do I turn off the native Support Portal Issues Notification Alerts so I don't receive duplicate messages?

The program that powers our Support Portal (NetSuite) has buit-in Issue notifications that do not meet the needs of our customers. This feature is set to 'Off' by default, but If you have set this to send notifications to you, there is a chance you would receive multiple messages.  If you would like to turn off the native functionality, follow these quick instructions:

1. Log into the support portal at
2. Under Settings on the left side of the screen,  click 'Set Preferences'.
3. On the Issue Notification tab, select “Never”, and then click the Save button.

If you would like to turn off all issue notifications (not recommended), please contact support via Chat.
