Answer

As part of its best practices policy, the NetFORUM Pro team routinely performs security audits and implements the recommended best practices from those audits.

To ensure we continue to honor security best practices, beginning May 15th , sites that have embedded cross-domain references to Pro in their pages, must have a vanity domain that belongs to your top level domain or have those references removed.  Otherwise,  your site may fail to render correctly.

Examples of embedded cross-domain references include but are not limited the use of iFrames to display Pro login pages or directory information.

If you suspect your site may contain embedded references to NetFORUM Pro, we strongly recommend reaching out to your web design team or partners to confirm and decide on a course of action.  We have deployed the security updates to uat.netforumpro.com so that your web team can review how the security updates may be impacting your website.
