Symptom: 

Supplemental/Regular payroll calculation fails with message “The calculation schedule for the processing group XX is missing. No checks were calculated.”


Cause: 

No available Pay Date in the processing group pay schedule for the new year

Resolution: 

 

  1. Go to Maintain>Processing Group

  2. Select processing group

  3. Go to the Pay Schedule tab


 

4. Enter the year in the blank <Year> field
5. Enter First Pay Date and click <Tab>
6. Enter First Pay Period End Date and click <Tab>
7. Remainder of Pay Dates for new calendar year will automatically populate
