Fundraising 50

Auto-Membership default does not function for Data Entry or Abila Fundraising Online process.  Auto-Membership default works as expected in the generic Import Wizard and for Quick Gift

The NCOA Matching Utility selects constituents who have Lost, Do Not Mail, Deceased stamps

 

After clicking the FR50 Icon in the cloud, the user receives the following error: 

The application was unable to connect to the Abila Fundraising 50 database.

After successfully connecting to the Abila Private Cloud, the following message displays:

RemoteApp

The Server isn’t responding
We’ll wait a little longer for the server to respond before automatically reconnecting.
 
Waiting for the server to respond.

When selecting Donate Now from the Navigator the message ‘Unable to Process Sage Payment Solutions’ is returned.

When selecting Abila Fundraising 50 Online import button on the Navigator, the message

Connection to Abila Fundraising Online failed.  Please refer to your online help for more information

The output for the Gift/Pledge/Payment Log report is injecting multiple line spaces after each record on the report. Customers report that this is wasting their paper and making the report longer than it needs to be.

Typing the prefix on the basic card when editing an existing record does not Auto Calculate the salutation correctly, like when Creating a New Constituent and typing the prefix.
