Multiple lines following each record on the Gift/Pledge/Payment log report produce a longer than necessary report

The output for the Gift/Pledge/Payment Log report is injecting multiple line spaces after each record on the report. Customers report that this is wasting their paper and making the report longer than it needs to be.
