After clicking the FR50 Icon in the cloud, the user receives the following error:
The application was unable to connect to the Abila Fundraising 50 database.
Attempting to connect to the Abila Private Cloud and getting the error message ‘ Login failed for user <orgnumber_ADMIN> because the account is currently locked out.
The system Administrator can unlock it.'
After successfully connecting to the Abila Private Cloud, the following message displays:
The Server isn’t responding
We’ll wait a little longer for the server to respond before automatically reconnecting.
Waiting for the server to respond...
When using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and accessing Fundraising 50 in the Private Cloud, printers are not accessible.
Receive an error message “You need execute start printing method before create checks document” when attempting to ‘Save and Print’ checks.
“Could not send mail” error received when running Reports with Output Options: Email in Fundraising 50 (hosted)
