Symptom: 

When logged into abilaonline.com and trying to print to certain HP printers does not produce any results or does not work.
 

Cause: 

Issue between the Microsoft printing solution Easy Print and the specific HP LaserJet Series print drivers that are host-based.
 
Printer series to avoid:
 
HP Laserjet 1000 series
HP Laserjet P1000, P1100, P1560, P1600, & P2030 series
HP Laserjet Pro P1000 & P1100 series
HP Laserjet M1319f MFP
 
Not all models in the series above are known issues with Microsoft servers*
 
Known Printers to Avoid if Possible:
 
HP Laserjet 1020
HP Laserjet 1022
 
HP Laserjet P1006
HP Laserjet P2035 (a working driver may exist)
HP Laserjet P2035n (a working driver may exist)
HP Laserjet P3015
 
HP Laserjet Pro P1102
HP Laserjet Pro P1102W
HP Laserjet Pro P1109W
HP Laserjet Pro P1606dn
 

Resolution: 

A resolution is unavailable at this time for HP printers that are using the “Host-based” HP printing. We will update this article as soon as more information becomes available.
 

Additional Information: 

For some models of HP LaserJet printers, there are drivers that may work, they either have to be a PCL5 or an XPS type driver, not host-based.
