Symptom
If we attempt to login into Millennium and we miss a character in any of the login fields the following error appears:
Sorry, the user id or password is invalid. Please try again.
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
And the following Java Error is displayed :

No user can login after a failed try to login into Millennium.
