Yes, this is a new feature we are rolling out to our Private Cloud users as of August, 2016. You will continue to receive these email notices until your password has been updated via the instructions in the notification email.
The content of the email is as follows:
Dear Abila Private Cloud User,
For security purposes your Abila Private Cloud Password (for access to the MIP Fund Accounting and Fundraising 50 products) must be changed every 6 months.
Our records indicate that your password will expire on <<expiration date >>, in xx days.
You can update your password by using our new SelfService Portal,
If your password is currently known, access https://passwordmanager.abilaonline.com, and log in with your username and password. Once logged in you will see a change password tab, update your password and hit the save button.
If you password is currently unknown or expired, access https://passwordmanager.abilaonline.com, choose Reset Password, enter your Domain User Name, and follow the prompts to reset your password.
