Symptom
When changing an locator to former and choosing an address type value produces the following error:

Cause
The address type chosen does not have a former value in the lookup table under Profile Lookups>Lookup Tables>Address Type.
Resolution
ADDRESS TYPES
Required Entries
In order to use the Sage Millennium Address function of Update/Archive, for every entry that you create in this lookup table, the system will a create a corresponding entry that is the 'Former' version. The Code for the 'former' entries will be the same as the original, but ending in 'f'. If the entry's code is 6 characters in length, the code for the 'former' entry will be the first five characters, plus the ending 'f'.

Add the new value to the Profile>Lookup Tables with a code for the original good value, and add an f at the end to denote former.
Update the address locator to former and choose the address type for the chosen value that identifies former.

For example, these entries:
Code Value
a    Home
b    Business
r     Research
must have these corresponding entries:
Code Value
af    Former Home
bf    Former Business
rf     Research Former
