Symptom
All users in Oracle database are frequently logged out of Millennium with the following error message
Millennium log files indicate a problem with TNS listener
Millennium log files indicate a problem with TNS listener
Cause
Number of sessions setting in the Oracle database is too low. When many users are working in Millennium, there are not enough sessions and users are logged out very frequently.
Resolution
Increase the number of sessions in Oracle database
