Answer

For NEW Cases - follow steps 1 - 3 or for Existing cases, follow steps 2 & 3.

 

1. Log your case using the "Create Case" button first.

 

MIP Cloud is used to log cases for the MIP Cloud Modern interface only. For help with Abilaonline Multi-Tenant Cloud Classic, choose MIP Fund Accounting.  

Support Portal is for help with the Connected Resources : Knowledgebase, User Community, Support Center, and Community Brands University training site.

 

2. Click on the case number hyperlink for the case you just logged from the list at the bottom of the screen or click on the existing case you are updating from the list. You can also use the filters in the search section if you have the exact case number to update.

3. Under "Files", click the "Upload Files" button & either choose your attachment/file

     or drag & drop them to the space.

Upload Files from Support Center Case

Once uploaded, click Done.

Optional: You can post a message in the Post Comment box and that will alert Support and send your message.

This step is not required, but is an option if you would like to notify support.
