How to Log a Support Case From the Support Center for MIP Fund Accounting and Fundraising Products

1. Log in to the Support Center and click 'Create Case'.

2. Choose your account in the Account field.

3. Fill in the Subject of your case

4. Choose your Product/Service from the picklist

Guidance: If you need assistance with the MIP Dedicated Cloud ( AWS), choose MIP Dedicated Single-Tenant Cloud from the picklist, MIP Cloud is selected if you need assistance with MIP Cloud Modern, if you need help with Abilaonline.com Multi-Tenant Classic, choose MIP Fund Accounting and let us know in the Description that you need help with Multi-Tenant.  Choose the Support Portal if you need assistance with one of our connected resources.

You can fill in the steps to recreate if you are receiving an error and want to show the analyst how to re-create this error. This is not required but is available.

5. Enter your notes for the case in the Description field.

6. Click 'Submit' to save the case and send it to the queue.

If you need to add an attachment you can do so after the case is logged. On the case display screen, click on Files and upload as applicable to attach to your case. (.jpeg, .doc, .txt, .png work best)

Do NOT attach a database to your case. If a file transfer is necessary, the support representative who takes ownership of your case will send you instructions for this service.
