IIS is crashing sporadically in 2014.x

A possible pattern has been identified in Profiles>Next Search where searching for an id or constituent name returns multiple values. When a user clicks on one of the search results, all users are kicked out of Millennium with message "You are not properly logged in to Millennium".  IIS needs to be reset and sometimes will resume on it's own for users to log back in to Millennium.
 

Found a problem when trying to update the “Correspondence_Name” lookup. The two users we tried have full access to lookup tables, however the context menu will not appear. See the blue circles below. In production we see the context menu for Insert or Update/Delete etc…

Also not able to see all correspondence rows. The list will go up to the “B”s only.
