Symptom: 

Having issues with printing from Abila Products on the Abila Private Cloud Platform.

These symptoms include:

  • Delays when selecting a printer to print to.

  • The list of printers is missing your printers.

  • Seeing an incorrect list of printers.

  • Receive a NPSAC32 Error (Not Responding) when printing.

Cause: 

Possible temporary problems with printing on the terminal server you are logged into. 

Resolution: 

Contact Abila customer support. Have the user ID you are logged in with and your company ID/Serial Number ready. Abila support will check to see if there are any possible issues with the Terminal Server you are logged into.
