Symptom
All submitted reports are sitting idle in the reporting queue.

Previously all reports were working fine.

After that the exports folder was affected with a virus.

The virus was cleaned up, a new exports folder created.

Now all reports hang in idle status in the queue.

When we run queue.exe we see the two reports and see Error: File not found and this error keeps perpetuating.
