Symptom
Attempting to import between Fundraising 50 and Fund Accounting in the hosted environment ‘Unable to automatically initiate Abila MIP Fund Accounting import’ is returned.
Cause
The issue has not been confirmed as a product defect but has been reported to our Research and Development team
Resolution
While a full resolution is unavailable currently, we offer the following workaround(s) in the meantime close Fundraising 50 and log out of Abila Nonprofit Online. Log back into Abila Nonprofit Online then reopen Fundraising 50 and retry the import.
