When attempting to process an Aatrix form (1099, w2 etc) you get the following messages “Company.asd is corrupt” and/or “Error opening Company.asd.”

If you get a different message before or after this message the resolution may not work. Note the error messages and contact support.
The draft for the tax form filing via Aatrix is not available to select in History. When starting a new draft for the filing, the system does not prompt the user to continue their saved work-in-progress.
My connection to the MIP Private Cloud gets disconnected or dropped either randomly or after a short period of time. This disconnection is not associated with a specific action in the software.
