When trying to delete or hide a row on a Drillpoint Report the message ‘Drillpoint did not Find a FRO for existing report. Please update a FRO of this report.’ displays.
When a DrillPoint user logs in through Excel, the DrillPoint Icons are grayed out. Additionally, the organization will display as “Not Selected” and a Report Mode of “N\A”
NOTE: Pictured above is the user admin, who is logged in as a Designer, so certain functions are available. However, notice that Report Refresh is grayed out as well as the report information is not applicable.
When using Segment type UDFs: Currency, Date, Number, Yes/No Checkbox, a Drillpoint report will not refresh with values for any of the columns. If the UDF column is removed values will pull.
In the Drillpoint Drilldown for Budgets, the Document and Transaction descriptions do not pull unless you click on a “Voucher” number in the Voucher tab.
Transaction Line UDF’s do not break out per UDF when refreshing DrillPoint Report when a UDF Value column type is used. When the report is refreshed, there is only one line created. This one line is the summation of all the UDF’s that were entered for the criteria.
Add-In for the DrillPoint Reports tab consistenetly/continuously removes itself from Excel or if it still does not appear after following the steps below:
Go in to Excel>File>Options
Click Add-ins and in Manage: Select COM Add-ins, then Click Go
Check the box for DrillPoint Reports (Excel 2010) and Click OK
Logout and Back in to Excel and DrillPoint Reports is still missing.
