Trying to access EWS and received error HTTP Error 404.2 – Not Found

 

I completed the EWS v6.0 install. I edited the EWS System Settings but received error message “HTTP Error 500.00 – Internal Server Error” when trying to get to EWS login screen. Why?

Reports-Timesheet Detail. Clicking OK produces the following error message:

No changes to our licensing or headcount were made, yet are we getting this message:

Checking the box “Use Earnings Description” does not affect time entries 1, 4, or 5. Those time entry types will still display the earning code instead of the earning description

Employee(s) are excluded from the “Select Staff” drop down list from the Timesheet Sign Off report when the User whose login to EWS is assigned to employee(s) as Timesheet Approver, not Manager/Supervisor/Secondary Supervisor
 

While selecting Employee IDs from the Create Message page in EWS, on a database with a large number of Employee IDs, the screen can jump erratically or return to top of page in IE10.
 

Logging into EWS>HR Staff>System Settings and editing the OT/Comp field results in changes reverting back to previous setting when the update button is clicked.
 

EWS has been upgraded to 14.6 and users are getting a NULL error when entering time.


 

Manager edits to close time punch when an employee fails to clock out are not reflected on Web Timesheet.
 

The delete leave request confirmation box displays improperly

The install process begins, but does not complete and no error is given.
