Fundraising Online

An undesired message displays on one online form, but it does not appear on any other forms.

How to allow the Fundraiser to establish goals for the Fundraiser to select and/or allow the Fundraiser to set their own goal.

1. Select the appropriate Fundraising Campaign
2. Select Widgets
3. Commitment Center Widgets>center hyperlink
4. Goal Personalization>Edit
5. Allow Changes>Yes
6. Goal Choices>Add Choice
7. Enter the number of choices you would like the Fundraiser to select from
8. In the Fundraiser Commitment Center select Edit
9. The Fundraiser will be able to select from one of the available Goals, including Custom Goal.
10. Select Save to save the updated Goal.  Both the Fundraiser Center and the Fundraisers Status widget will display the goal selected by the Fundraiser.

The following is the procedure to upload Discount Codes, in bulk.
Please note that there is a separate upload process to expire Discount Codes
Configure your import file:

1. Coupon Code

2. Answer Store

3. Currency Code

4. Money Amount

5. Percentage Amount

6. Specific answer to apply discount code

7. Label for reporting/receipts

8. Maximum Uses

• Do not add column headers

• If a column is not being used it still must be accounted for in the file.

Procedure:
1.  Select the Campaign and Form
2.  Bulk Discounts>Add

 

3.  Select Choose File
4.  Select Open
5.  Select Upload

After registering to an event as a Fundraiser the registration fee is not tallied on the Fundraisers Status Widget.
 

When attempting to process an ACH transaction on Fundraising Online the message:  INVALID C_SSN. Code: 3ZRL4D3 is returned

Users who have administrative privileges cannot select Add Admin User or Add Non-Admin User, cannot update user privileges, nor delete users because those icons do not exist
