When attempting to import transactions from Fundraising Online into Fundraising 50 the message ‘Insufficient duplicate check data available to import this record is returned’. The message is displayed when the View Errors button is selected.
Navigator>Abila Fundraising Online>Import does not display all available transactions to import because an error appears in the Online_History table which is not being displayed on the screen indicating that the Account Key needs to be updated from Fundraising Online.
