When attempting to query for records or when attempting to run reports the database can be slow to respond in the customers environment

When logged into portal.mip.com and trying to print to Brother printers does not produce any results or does not work.

I submitted a request to have a user removed from the system. The request was processed, but if I go to Security>Maintain Users or Maintain Groups the user is still there and in a group. If I check rights the user still has permissions and the user is still listed as active.

After saving reports some reports become corrupt.

When attempting to process a Realtime credit card transaction the message ‘Credit Card: The Credit Card entry failed.” is returned
 

When running Bank/Credit Process the message AVS Failure – AYXWZ 18515 is returned


 

“Could not send mail” error received when running Reports with Output Options: Email in Fundraising 50 (hosted)

Deselection of Include date and time or Include page number returns PowerBuilder Application Execution Error (R0036)
 

When running Quick Email>Custom Merge in the Abila Private Cloud environment the system freezes.  The Microsoft Outlook message indicating that ‘a program is trying to send an email of your behalf. ~’ never appears
